Vivienne recently co-presented the hit RTE 1 show Corrigan Cooks Naturally. She trained to be a Medical Herbalist on a degree course in Lancashire (UK) run by the National Institute of Medical Herbalists, the oldest professional body of herbalists in the world. She qualified in 2003 and moved to County Clare. She ran a busy clinic in Ennis for a number of years. She teaches popular courses on herbal medicine and natural cosmetic-making in the organic gardens of the Irish Seed Savers Association (www.irishseedsavers.ie), County Clare. In the summer months she leads popular guided herb walks in The Burren. Her enthusiasm for Herbalism is obvious and people often return to her walks and courses. She has a stall with her hand-made natural goodies on Ennis Farmer’s Market (Fridays 8am-2pm).
